Got Nap?
Seems like all I did today was run around.
First off, I took a shower when I first woke up. I hardly ever do that on my days off, was hoping to get me motivated, lol. Then I went to the laundry room and did SIX loads of laundry! UGH. I had every intention of coming back to the apt while they were in the dryer and get some cleaning around here done, but I ended up getting sucked into the world of the internet.
We left for Walmart at around 11 or so. We ate at Wendy's first, and then went by Payless to see if they had shoes for DH (work shoes). They didn't. DH high tailed it up to the post office, we followed after him at an incredibly slow pace. He was still 15 people back when we got there *sigh*. Then we finally got to walmart. Dh was looking for some small rubon numbers, and they didn't have them. I got some more Duck Adhesive though. I told DH that I'd make a trip down to Arizona Art Supply and get him some rubons - I knew they had them there. But I wanted some more alpha rubons also, so it wasn't completely selfless, lol.
I got to AAS around 1:45 or so. I wandred around for a bit b/c I had 30 minutes until the next bus anyway. I saw some cool stuff there that I'd like to get. They had the Twinkling H2o's, but they were kind of pricey. I ended up getting DH his rubons, and got myself about 12 sets or something...I didn't count.
Then I made a trip to Big Lots b/c I was told they had MM stuff real cheap there. They didn't. They had some Fresh Cuts and Fresh Stickers, but those aren't my cup o' tea. I did end up getting some mesh shelves for my table though. Moving my stuff UP a notch and try to make more room for myself.

We were adopted by a cat this week. We saw him wandering around here the other day, like on Friday I think it was. On Saturday evening he came around too, was cuddling up to us on the porch being all friendly. I told DH that if he came back the next night then I was going to give him some food and water. He is skinny and I didn't want him to die in the heat, ya know? Well, that made us best friends, and within a matter of time he moved in, LOL. He's not mangy and besides being a little skinny from being alone for a time, he's nice and healthy. The other cats seem to like him, they're playing and stuff.
I named him Wally (after WalMart), DH named him Dusty (because he's the color of dust, and the first time we saw him he was rolling around in the dirt), and Joey wants to call him Yoda.
So, I present to you: Dusty Wallace Yoda Harrington
