And these are the days of our lives...
ARGH!!
So today Michelle (good waitress) goes to Tristan and lets him know that she doesn't want to take the assistant manager position. He asks why. She tells him because it's a nearly $400 a month paycut. With her being a single mom of 3, she can't afford that. He said to her "Well, even though you don't want the position, would you like to do the scheduling instead?" She said "of course!". That was our main #1 thing that we did NOT want "D" to be in charge of. We know how her mind works and we are not putting our livelyhood in her bitchy hands.
I say that because of a remark she made to me last week regarding the floor rotation. When we do the floor rotation, each day we move over one station. One day i'll be in station 1, the next day station 2, the next station 3, and so on. When she does the rotation she manuevers it to where she is always in station 1 or 2 (smoking..she makes decent money there). That's fine and dandy for me, because I hate those stations, but others would like to go there as well b/c of the $$ - but when she's there - UH UH! That's her area. Anyway, I made a smartass remark last week and she said "Just wait and see where I put you next week!".. Ummmm..you'll put me where I'm supposed to go! Just because she took it upon herself to do the rotation charts (Which btw, was MY job until she snatched it away without even asking!), doesn't mean that she can go putting people where SHE wants to and 'torture' them for her own sick fucking pleasure.
Back to the schedule..
Not 30 minutes later, Miss "D" shows up at work. She has a tendency to be in there EVERY day whether she's working or not. And she's ALWAYS in half uniform (pants, shoes, etc). ?????? Anyway, she did a hair-flipping-stomp-out the other day, threw her nametag, the whole nine. Somebody asked "You workin' tomorrow?". Just a nice question, asking if she'd be in. She gets snotty and says "I don't know? Will I?" Ya know, I'm really sick of her drama shit. It gets really old, really fast. If you want to fucking quit, then QUIT and LEAVE US ALONE! OMG *gag*. Then Michelle says "Well, you are on the schedule". She rolls her eyes and snottily asks for Tristan. He goes out there. They are sitting in Michelle's station. Within 10 minutes Michelle hears him telling her "I want you to take over doing the schedule. Go in the back and make a copy of it and grab the schedule requests so you can work on it at home". WTF??????????? Ummm...did he NOT *just* tell Michelle that she would be doing it? And he said this right in her station, where he had to KNOW that she heard him. Chelle was like "Ooooooooooooh no he didn't!" and came back to the galley. She wasn't going to tell me because she knew I'd be livid. Oh, and I was.
I could feel my blood pressure rising and was to walking out on that mother fucker. What a 2 faced, lying, backstabbing asshole!
Michelle ended up leaving early (injured kid, 3 stitches), so she didn't have a chance to confront him. She called in for tomorrow so she won't talk to him until Sunday.
For a whole 30 minutes I thought everything would be okay. As long as we kept her away from the schedule. You could see her power surge. She stormed into the back, went and made her copies, stormed into the galley and grabbed the rotation charts and with a HUFF off she went.
FUCK THAT! I couldn't addequately discribe her actions, her attitude, or my feelings for the whole thing. I burst into tears several times today and the whole situation makes me fucking sick. Tristan just defends defends defends. He still denies that she was the one responsible for the horrible secret shopper. When we'd get them before - whether they were good or bad - the results were posted in the galley for everyone to see. What we did right, what we did wrong, etc etc etc. He won't even acknowledge that this one exists. Is he afraid of hurting his precious princesses feelings? What-the-fuck-ever.
BARF BARF BARF
We'll see what tomorrow brings.
